Jersey Disco Fry Dip

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Stir milk and water gradually into Gravy Mix with whisk in small saucepan.
  2. Stirring frequently, cook on medium heat until gravy comes to boil. Reduce heat to simmer. Stir in 3/4 cup of the cheese. Simmer 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted and mixture has thickened slightly. Spoon into 1-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese.
  3. Bake 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with French fries.

Drizzled over crispy tots along with shredded mozzarella, it was a hit!

Wow, this dip took a batch of French fries over the top! I served this with burgers on the grill, and my family was licking their plates, the gravy dip was that good!

Four stars for ease. It seemed a bit rich for me, but the over all flavors were really good. We'll make this one again.

Tasty dip similar to poutine and easy to make too. I served with waffle fries for easier dipping.
