  • Brown sausage in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat. Set aside.

  • Melt butter in large saucepan on medium heat. Stir in milk and Gravy Mix with a whisk. Stirring frequently, cook on medium heat until gravy comes to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • Stir in cooked sausage, cheese and tomatoes. Cook 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted, stirring frequently.

Test Kitchen Tip:

For a spicier dip, add finely chopped jalapeño peppers into dip or garnish with sliced jalapeño peppers.

This was great! Kids loved it. If you like it thicker I would drain half the juice from the Ro-tel. This dip would be good with bacon as well. Read More

Ehhh my family was not impressed. It s an odd taste and it s too mild/bland. We re snacking on it while watching the football game but I probably won t save the leftovers. It may have been a little better if it were spicier but I won t make it again to try. Read More
