  1. Combine tomatoes, green bell peppers, red bell pepper, cucumber, olive oil, red onion, scallions, lemon juice, parsley, mint, dill, vinegar, garlic, sumac, salt, and pepper in a large bowl; mix thoroughly.
  2. Chill tomato mixture until flavors combine, about 25 minutes.

  • Substitute za'atar for sumac if desired.

Nice! I did not have a red pepper on hand, so I just omitted that. I liked the flavors here, and I really enjoy anything w/ sumac. I will be making this again! Thanks for sharing. :)
