  1. In a small skillet, stir together Stevia In The Raw and 1 teaspoon water to dissolve stevia.
  2. Add butter and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until deep brown bits form on the bottom of the pan. Remove from heat and stir in cream, pumpkin, vanilla, salt, and spice.
  3. Heat milk until steaming, then add coffee and pumpkin caramel mixture, and stir to combine.
  4. If desired, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice.

Another great recipe. Takes a little extra time than usual morning coffee but worth the effort. I substituted kosher salt for sea salt as that's what I had. Delicious again. Thx Allrecipes

I was excited to make this, but it really didn't have a great flavor. Too salty and no caramel taste at all. Couldn't drink even half of it.
