The creamy, garlicky dressing for this fiber-rich salad is reminiscent of Thai peanut sauce. For a milder-flavored salad, try savoy or Napa cabbage.

12.22.16 I had to add quite a bit of water to the thick dressing to get it to the right consistency and it diluted the flavor so I adjusted all the dressing seasonings. I was expecting more flavor from this salad found it just a little bland. I gave it a healthy shot of Sriracha which suited our tastes but I m not sure I ll make this again. Exactly what I was looking for! Great crunch to the salad, dressing was flavorful and the right consistency. I used my Magic Bullet to blend the dressing. I don’t like mangoes so I used some fresh mandarin oranges, perfect blend of sweet and salty! Read More
