Baked Fish Fillets

Very good! I made a few changes, because I was pressed for time. I preheated the oven to 485 and I used almost a pound of flounder fillets because that's what I had on hand. I wanted to make a lot of sauce, so I used 4 tablespoons of melted butter, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce (because we put that on everything!), and 1/2 tsp of paprika. After sprinkling salt and pepper over the fish, I poured the sauce over the fillets and then sprinkled with Mesquite. Cooked it in about 22 minutes. Delish! Enough sauce to pour over white rice.
