This quick oatmeal is one of my favorites to eat during the week. It has everything you need for a healthy start to your day and is creamy and sweet without dairy or sugar. It's the banana! Switch out the dried fruit and seeds/nuts to our liking.

This oatmeal is so good! I loved that I didn't have to add any extra sweetner. I subbed 1 percent milk for water. The cherries are a wonderful addition. I added extra cinnamon and subbed pecans for the seeds. Read More

I used the standard 2 to 1 ratio of water to oatmeal because I don't like it dry. And I'm trying to eat healthy but am not a huge banana fan and the banana did dominate flavor here so I'll need to cut it to half next time. Enjoyed the mix-ins combo. Read More
