  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Brown ground beef in large skillet and drain. Stir in salsa and cook 3 minutes or until heated through.
  2. Cook Green Giant® Veggie Tots™ according to package directions.
  3. Arrange cooked veggie tots in 2-quart baking dish. Top with beef mixture then sprinkle with cheese. Bake 8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  4. Top with lettuce, tomato and your favorite nacho toppings.

My kids enjoyed it also. I used an air fryer to prepare the tots. I used ground turkey and low fat cheese. Turned out great!

It was a big mushy mess for me, even with pre-baking the tots. I think it could have some potential with some tweaks.
