Fresh, great-tasting smoothie to wake up to in the morning! This is one of my many smoothie experiments, and definitely one to make again. If you do not have kefir milk, plain yogurt would work fine too.

This is a very sweet way to start your day. The kefir counteracts the sweetness slightly. The next time I will use one date or omit them altogether; unsweetened apple juice and reduce the grapes by half to help balance the flavor. Thank you for the recipe. Read More
