"I've tried just a couple pina colada recipes this year on this website. And have been looking for the absolute best recipe so I decided to make my own once I bought a premade pina colada mixer. Anyway the kefir is an odd ingredient I know but it really balances this drink and makes it especially smooth. But if you don't have any, feel free to use a scoop or two of ice cream instead."

  1. Combine ice cubes, pina colada mix, banana, pineapple, kefir, and coconut cream in a blender; blend until smooth. Add rum and vanilla ice cream; blend until smooth and creamy.
