  • ¾ fluid ounce fresh carrot juice

  • ½ fluid ounce simple syrup

  • ½ fluid ounce quinquina wine (such as Bonal Gentiane Quina®

  • ice

  • 1 sprig fresh tarragon


  1. Pour rye whiskey, carrot juice, simple syrup, and quinquina wine into a cocktail shaker; cover and shake twice to mix. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with tarragon.
