  1. Whisk eggs together in a small bowl until smooth. Mix in Cheddar cheese, ham, and heavy cream.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Pour in egg mixture; cook and stir until set but still moist, 3 to 5 minutes.

Fantastic however I didn’t have heavy so I just used normal milk and it worked great

I love the idea to add the cheese in before you cook it! The only change I made was putting in half the cheese in before you cook it, and the rest I sprinkled on at the end.

So simple and tasty!!!!!
