  1. Layer salad greens, Granny smith apple, walnuts, feta cheese, cranberries, and green onions in a large bowl.
  2. Combine vegetable oil, blueberries, extra-virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and salt in a food processor or blender; pulse into a smooth dressing.
  3. Pour dressing over salad; toss to combine. Chill until serving.

I made this recipe as written and served it at a family gathering. I received a lot of compliments on it. It will be even better with toasted walnuts.

This was delicious! Made it in small individual salad bowls for me and my husband....added a few whole blueberries on top of salad....but other than that. ...made it exact and it was a keeper
