  1. Combine first 9 ingredients in slow cooker; stir. Add chicken broth. Cover and cook 4 hours on HIGH or 8 hours on LOW.
  2. Stir in cilantro. Serve chili with choice of toppings, as desired.

I followed the recipe to the letter. Very bland. I added salt and it was still bland. Something is missing from this recipe. If not for piling on the guacamole, cheese, and chips, it would have...

This was just ok. Not as flavorful as other white chicken chili recipes I've made.

Cooking now.The smell is so delicious hard not to taste but the chicken is still not cooked all the way yet.
