  1. Blend tofu, cider vinegar, apple juice, basil, Dijon mustard, garlic, and salt in a blender until dressing is smooth.


  • Cook's Note:
  • Red wine vinegar can replace the cider vinegar. Orange juice can replace the apple juice, if desired.
