I never before imagined adding pumpkin to oatmeal but my family loved it. I don't care for pumpkin pie spice so I used cinnamon and a tiny hint of ginger. I made this the night before so we had to add some extra milk in the morning when we heated it because it thickened significantly overnight. Read More
