  1. In a medium bowl, blend mayonnaise and cream cheese.
  2. Spread the mayonnaise and cream cheese mixture evenly on the bottom of a medium serving dish. Layer with salsa, then Cheddar cheese. Top with green bell pepper, yellow bell pepper and red bell pepper. Chill in the refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving.

With SweetSerenity's Sour Cream Suggestion - Fantastic. 1st place at an office pot luck.

This was just not our favorite.

tasted amazing!! everyone loved it. I also added 1 cup of our cream to the mayo and cheeses when i blended it. Absolutly amazing

May be pretty, but not very much got eaten & my party guests didn't seem to really care for it either. Will not be making this one again.
