  1. Grind oats in a blender into a powder-like consistency. Add ice cubes; pulse until ground. Add banana, avocado, and strawberries; blend until smooth. Pour in carrot juice and yogurt; blend until combined.

Pretty tasty and quite filling. I used buckwheat flakes instead of oats, which absorb more, so I added more ice. Thank you for the recipe.
