  1. Heat a large pot over medium heat; grease with cooking spray. Add chicken; cook and stir until browned, about 10 minutes. Stir in broth and cumin. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover, and simmer until flavors combine, about 20 minutes.
  2. Stir salsa, lime juice, and cilantro into the pot; simmer until heated through, 5 to 10 minutes more.

Will not make it again

This recipe is too easy and delicious to pass up. I shredded the chicken. Thank you for the recipe.

SUPER super quick and simple, with some leftover shredded chicken I had on hand. Made it for the girlfriend, who kept asking for tortilla soup. We will definitely be making this again.
