Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 10 servings

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 1 (4 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

  • ¼ cup butter, softened

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 ½ cups confectioners' sugar

  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips

  • ¼ cup chocolate sprinkles, or as needed (Optional)

  • 1 (7.2 ounce) package thin pretzel crackers (such as Snack Factory® Pretzel Crisps®)

Directions

  1. Combine peanut butter, cream cheese, and butter in a bowl; beat together with an electric mixer until creamy. Beat in vanilla extract. Mix in confectioners' sugar, 1/2 cup at a time, until incorporated. Fold in chocolate chips.

  2. Pour chocolate sprinkles onto a plate. Shape peanut butter mixture into a ball and roll in chocolate sprinkles until completely coated. Transfer to a serving dish.

  3. Arrange pretzel crackers on the dish around the ball. Chill until firm, at least 1 hour.
