  1. Mix water, prickly pear juice, diet tonic water, and lime juice together in a glass.

  • You can make your own juice by pureeing prickly pear flesh in a blender and then straining pulp to extract juice.
  • For a great cocktail, add a shot of gin.

I thought this was very refreshing, quick and easy to make. I used regular tonic water since I did not have diet tonic water. I liked that little bit of fizz. Thank you for the recipe.
