Prickly Pear Tonic and Lime

  • 1 cup water

  • ¼ cup prickly pear juice

  • ¼ cup diet tonic water

  • ¼ lime, juiced


  1. Mix water, prickly pear juice, diet tonic water, and lime juice together in a glass.

Cook's Notes:

You can make your own juice by pureeing prickly pear flesh in a blender and then straining pulp to extract juice.

For a great cocktail, add a shot of gin.
