  1. Mash avocados in medium bowl. Add lentils, tomatoes, jalapeno, onion, lime juice, salt and cilantro. Stir to combine. Chill.


  • *Substitute with 1 (10 oz.) can diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained, for the chopped Roma tomatoes and chopped jalapeno.
