Easy Honey Garlic Chicken
This chicken is good and garlicky with a hint of sweetness. The honey coating becomes rich, sticky, and crispy in the oven, but if you want to go healthier, remove the skins. This works well in the winter served hot, or make ahead and serve cold at a picnic. It's delicious right away, or for more flavor allow it to marinate over night.

Cook's Notes:
Chicken thighs can be substituted for chicken drumsticks.
I've used both garlic powder and 4 fresh garlic cloves, minced. It seems to have more flavor with the powder. You can also substitute a mild curry powder for the garlic powder.
If you choose to marinate the chicken, combine all of the ingredients in a large, resealable plastic bag and refrigerate for 8 hours to overnight.
