"This is for the juicing community. This is a light and sweet juice that has its share of protein as well. I gave it this name because the surface foam, before you stir it, looks just like traditional party punch with the green and orange swirl."

  1. Process honeydew melon, sweet potato, Granny Smith apple, lemon, kale leaves, and ginger root in a juicer. Stir juice thoroughly.
  2. Pour juice into two 1-pint jars. Chill before serving.
