  1. Combine banana, blueberries, vanilla yogurt, strawberries, cherries, and milk in a blender; blend until smooth, about 60 seconds.


  • Cook's Note:
  • Substitute 1 1/2 cup ice cubes for the banana if you want a thick smoothie with fewer calories. Blend for 90 seconds.
