Original recipe yields 21 servings
- Place 1 chunk of watermelon into a juicer; juice, removing as much pulp as possible. Repeat until all of the watermelon is juiced.
- Fill a glass 1/3 full with ice; pour in watermelon juice. Pour in one 1 1/2 fluid ounce shot of vodka and one 1 1/2 fluid ounce shot of watermelon schnapps; top with lemon-lime soda. Repeat for each cocktail.
- Cook's Notes:
- Some variations that might also suit your palate: Try mixing in a little Sour Apple Pucker® for extra "bite" along with the Watermelon Pucker®. You could also make this a frozen drink by simply blending all the ingredients with the ice in a drink mixer or blender.
- If you do not have a juicer, a blender or fork tines and a bowl will work well.
