  1. Combine pumpkin puree, applesauce, apple juice, and soy milk in a blender; blend until smooth.


  • Cook's Notes:
  • I used homemade applesauce that was infused with cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, and ginger. You might want to add a pinch of each of these to the smoothie if using store-bought applesauce.
  • You can use fresh pumpkin puree instead of canned if preferred.
  • You could also add a little maple syrup to sweeten it up!
