  • 1 ¼ cups cherries, pitted and halved

  • ½ cup chilled coconut milk

  • ¼ cup strawberries, stemmed and hulled

  • ½ banana

  • 1 lime, juiced


  1. Place cherries, coconut milk, strawberries, banana, and lime juice in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth.

Cook's Note:

Use 2 tablespoons of bottled lime juice instead of fresh lime juice, if desired.
