  1. Combine goat cheese, cream cheese, 5 garlic scapes, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and garlic in a bowl; mix with a fork until blended. Scoop into a serving bowl. Garnish with remaining garlic scape and toasted pecans.

This is to die for!!! Perfect the way it is although I had to halve the ingredients because I only had 4 oz. of goat cheese. Spread on plain stone wheat crackers to enjoy the flavors. Garlic s...
