  1. Mix cream cheese and sugar in a bowl until well combined; fold in whipped topping, pecans, and pineapple.
  2. Smooth pineapple mixture into pie crust; chill until mixture has solidified, at least 2 hours.

  • Feel free to substitute the pineapple with other fruits like strawberries (soaked in sugar water, but not cooked), smashed blueberries, etc.
