This is a delicious cocktail, looks elegant in flute glasses and can also be made using other flavors of liquor.

  • 3 ounces champagne

  • 1 ounce apricot liqueur


  1. Chill champagne and liqueur until cold, at least 1 hour. Pour liqueur into fluted glass; add champagne to the glass and stir.

Cook's Note:

You may also substitute flavored brandy or schnapps for the liquor.
