Very good except be sure to remove the skins from the garbanzo beans if you want a smooth hummus. Otherwise it will be grainy.
Full of flavor, I like spicy so I add another chipotle, plus I top it with a little crushed red pepper and sprinkle with sriracha seasoning. This recipe is very versatile, peppers can be replaced with fire roasted red peppers, sun dried tomatoes etc

This is much better than store brands. I made one alteration. I spilled the reserve bean liquid so I used 1/4 cup of chicken broth instead.
This turned out tasty. It was a little bit runnier than what I am used to so next time I will drain a bit of the juice off the peas. The flavor was spot on though!
