  • Thread shrimp on wooden skewers. Place in a container and cover with rum cream liqueur. Let marinate in the refrigerator, 3 to 4 hours.

  • Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate.

  • Pour out rum cream liqueur. Sprinkle chicken seasoning over shrimp. Spray with cooking spray.

  • Grill until shrimp turn pink, about 3 minutes per side.

This is my new favorite recipe for shrimp. The rum chata gave an awesome flavor to the shrimp and it was super easy to just marinate for a few hours and sprinkle chicken seasoning on the kebabs. Our charcoal didn’t light well, so we finished off the kebabs under the broiler, but otherwise cooked according to the recipe. Amazing and easy. Read More

This was amazingly simple and had incredible taste! I used a two pound bag of raw shrimp from Costco and doubled the rest of the ingredients as suggested. Fast, fancy, inexpensive and looked impressive for company. We fed 6 off of the double recipe. Will definitely make again! Read More
