Weeknight Crack Slaw

I have made this several times. It's a good quick meal. I use broccoli slaw blend and julienne any crispy veggies that I may have hanging around in the fridge waiting to get used up. Snap peas are particularly good. I also add cilantro as everyone in our house loves it. The sesame seeds don't add much IMO, but hubby likes to add chopped peanuts to his portion. I sprinkle a little toasted sesame oil over the top once cooking is done. Easy, quick and healthy--- what's not to like?
