Ham and Cheese Chop Chop

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Combine eggs and milk in a large bowl; beat well.
  2. Add ham to preheated skillet and warm until juicy. Add eggs and stir regularly until they start to set. While eggs are still soft, add cheese. Cook until eggs are firm and cheese is melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.

Quick and easy. This made some great filling for breakfast tacos. This was a great use for some leftover Easter ham. Thanks for an easy tasty recipe.

My kids loved these eggs. I didn't use leftover easter ham some fully cooked diced ham. Very good.
