Darra's Famous Tuna Waldorf Salad Sandwich Filling

This was great, just what I was looking for - a different way to make tuna salad. I only had 1/4 cup mayo on hand, so I substituted 1/4 cup plain yogurt. It was so good this way (and much healthier) I don't know that I'd ever want to try it with a 1/2 cup mayo!! I also used spicy brown mustard, I was out of dijon. I did add one hard boiled egg and used a little more pickle relish. I didn't have any croisssants, so I toasted my bread and added sliced tomato, too. SO YUMMY and satisfying!! Good on crackers, too!
