Wow! I was licking this off my fingers. Absolutely the combo of butter and honey is dead on! LOVED LOVED LOVED this. I found an easy way to make it by accident. I put the butter in the micro to soften it but accidentally almost melted it. I added the honey and mixed it up anyway (just used a fork) and put it in the freezer for about 15 minutes. Didn't look good but perfect spreading consistency.Oh, and add a splash of vanilla!
