  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Combine chicken, cream cheese, and salsa in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat until warmed through, 5 to 10 minutes. Stir in heavy cream and fajita seasoning until combined. Stir in 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese.
  3. Transfer mixture to a 1-quart baking dish. Top with 2 tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake in preheated oven until cheese is melted and dip is hot, 10 to 15 minutes. Serve with Snack Factory(R) Original Pretzel Crisps(R).

I made some changes to this recipe. Instead of doing it with the saucepan, then the oven; I just did it all in the oven. Less mess. I mixed the first ingredients listed & put them in a glass loa...

This was pretty good. I would like to make it again with shredded seasoned chicken and more salsa maybe instead of the cream.
