  1. Arrange Pretzel Crisps(R) onto a large tray. Top with roast beef and a piece of mozzarella cheese. Add a slice or 2 of red onion. Put a dollop (about 1/4 teaspoon) of horseradish on the onion. Garnish with chives.


  • Cook's Note:
  • You can buy horseradish sauce at the market, but I usually have all of the ingredients on hand. If you'd like to make it just combine 1 tablespoon sour cream, 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon horseradish and a about 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce. You can adjust the heat by adding more or less horseradish. We like it spicy!!

So when I got home the pretzels that I bought were tiny so I used a Ritz cracker, a squirt of horseradish sauce, a piece of roast beef, a squirt of horseradish sauce, shredded Italian blend chee...

So quick and easy, and as tasty as a roast beef sandwich! I used Heinz horseradish sauce, and just squirted a little on each one.

The classic pairing of horseradish and beef make these pretzel bites a perfect appetizer.
