  • Arrange Pretzel Crisps® onto a large tray. Top with roast beef and a piece of mozzarella cheese. Add a slice or 2 of red onion. Put a dollop (about 1/4 teaspoon) of horseradish on the onion. Garnish with chives.

Cook's Note:

You can buy horseradish sauce at the market, but I usually have all of the ingredients on hand. If you'd like to make it just combine 1 tablespoon sour cream, 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon horseradish and a about 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce. You can adjust the heat by adding more or less horseradish. We like it spicy!!
