Top warm, grilled corn on the cob with a delicious Mexican-style spread. The spicy-creamy topping is also delicious on fresh corn that's been steamed in your kitchen.

Fabulous and super simple!!! I didn't have the cotija cheese so used Parmesan instead. My family couldn't stop eating these ears! This will be our summer party treat GO TO! Fun to make too! Read More

My son in law, who is a chef makes this although he combines the cheese and everything into the sauce, so that is what I did. It is delicious. My husband and boys love it on corn, but since I am unable to eat corn for health reasons I use it on baked potatoes in place of butter or sour cream. I have also put it on grilled asparagus. One word: WONDERFUL!!!!! Read More

Love this. I cut the mayo in half and add cream. Half & half works to but is a little runny. Read More
