Oven Roasted Grape Tomatoes
This is a wonderful, healthy side dish for summertime. Only make when the grape tomatoes are in season, their flavor is key! Great in the oven or on the grill.

This was terrific! So easy and so delicious. Must admit I did add some sliced Kalamata olives and some pine nuts. Tip for halving grape tomatoes. Take 2 plastic tops from supermarket plastic take-outs, put tomatoes on inverted cover, cover with second cover. Run long knife through gap in covers, tomatoes cut in half, no problem.

This was super tasty and simple! I would recommend cranking the oven up a notch to 400.
Fantastic! Easy to make with flavors that will have you making this again.

It was very good. My husband especially enjoyed It with his steak. I will definitely make it again!
Easy to make. Very tasty. I did roast at 400 degrees for about 30/35 minutes. Making it again for July 4th, 2020 luncheon.
My tomatoes were smaller than grape so I did not halve them. Cooked on a covered stainless steel roaster cover at 400 degree oven 30 minutes. This recipe is a keeper. Delicious.
