Slow Cooker Chicken Pepperoni

"Chicken breast with a little kick, served over spaghetti. Use your favorite spaghetti sauce - I use one with mushrooms and green bell peppers."

  1. Pour broth into the bottom of a slow cooker. Add chicken breasts. Pour spaghetti sauce over chicken. Layer pepperoni and jalapeno slices on top.
  2. Cook on Low until chicken is cooked through, 4 to 5 hours.
  3. Divide spaghetti among 4 serving plates. Lay mozzarella cheese slices over spaghetti. Divide chicken mixture among plates.

I like the combo of flavors except it was WAY too soupy so I served mine over rice. 'll make this again with only a slight covering of water on the bottom of the slow cooker and perhaps a pinch...

Fairly simple. Tasty. I noticed it was soupy as well, but what I I did was pour everything in my 8quart pan and let the spaghetti soak up the soup. Seasoned with salt and pepper to taste.
