  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  2. Prepare pizza crust according to package directions. Brush with 1 tablespoon olive oil and spread spinach over top.
  3. Combine remaining 1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil, red onion, garlic, tomato, leeks, tuna, and salt in a small bowl. Spread evenly over pizza crust. Top with crumbled feta cheese and shredded Parmesan cheese, if using.
  4. Bake in preheated oven 15 minutes, or as directed on crust package. Slice and serve!

My parents loved it. I used fresh tuna and only needed 1 steak to get the 5oz I needed. Also only used 1 leek and didn't use all the oil. I substituted goat cheese for feta cheese.

Really yummy. A nice pizza... a great light summer meal for the warmer months. M y only addition was some rainbow crushed pepper because I am a pepper freak
