  1. In a double boiler over simmering water, combine milk and caramels. Cook, stirring, until melted and smooth. Stir in chocolate until smooth. Stir in ice cream and vanilla until well blended. Remove from heat. Store in refrigerator.

Tastes REALLY rich, however not sure it's worth all the calories contained in it. Might try this again, not too sure. Jazzy
