  1. Spread butter onto whole wheat bread.
  2. Heat bread slices in a grill pan over low heat until golden brown, 1 to 2 minutes per side.
  3. Cut each grilled slice into 4 pieces. Top with sweetened condensed milk and banana slices.

  • Parchment can be used for easier cleanup/removal from the pan.

We liked this! I just toasted the bread in the toaster, spread on some butter and proceeded with the recipe. Nice flavors and sweetness...the kids really enjoyed it! Thanks for sharing. :)
