Salmon Tacos
I am a newlywed and made these tacos after I had something similar at a restaurant in town. My husband loved them and thinks I am a brilliant chef and a perfect wife!

This was easy and delicious! Mixed homemade taco seasoning with butter instead of Cajun seasoning, added salt, pepper and lime juice to salsa. Will definitely make this again! Thank you for the delicious recipe:-)
Read MoreThis recipe was very bland. I’m going to need to add some salt perhaps to the salsa. I think getting the tortillas lightly in oil will help too although not as healthy. Simply warning corn tortillas does nothing for their flavor or texture. I only made 2 tacos to start and put all the leftovers in the fridge. I’ll try to flavor it up tomorrow.

Color me impressed! This was bursting with fresh flavor, fast to make, and tasty as can be! No guacamole, but it would only serve to enhance the taste even more. I wanted a little bit more of a salad so shaped my tortilla by draping it on a muffin tin, which I turned upside down. Quite a tasty lunch!
I typed in “canned salmon” and this recipe came up and I’m glad it did. Although I did use canned salmon, I still mixed the butter, lemon juice and Cajun spice together and added to the canned salmon and served cold. I used canned tomatoes, rinsed the black beans (a must) and also added green bell pepper - What an appealing and tasty salsa! Served with homemade guacamole and juiced and grated lime added to plain Greek yogurt. A summer must make - no heat needed this way. Thank you for this recipe!
This turned out excellent! We used fresh salmon that was on sale and made at ton of food for under $20. We think that flour tortillas tasted better than the corn tortillas.
I was a little skeptical at first because of the salmon. However, this was a perfect meal!
Replaced cajun with taco seasoning, cilantro was bad so we ditched that, i hate tomatoes so i added jalapeños. Definitely going to make again. It was delicious, so delicious my wife gave me that look...you know the one. Gotta go.

I used cod, because that’s what I had. I made the guacamole recipe on this site
Easy, good flavor, no changes. Yes, I will make this again!
Turn out great! I used a Latin spice mix instead of Cajun. I also seasoned the salsa and added lime juice. Very easy to make and quick!
My husband, son and I loved this - thank you - we had salmon burger meat from Alaska that we used - just like hamburger - and still used the lemon and butter...YUM!!! Thank you. We will have it again
It’s perfect as is. I would suggest a little salt and pepper for those who do the whole salt and pepper the everything they eat bit.
Very, very bland! I doubled the Cajun seasoning and it was still bland. Salsa needs salt and garlic powder and I will maybe add a dash or 2 of taco or fajita seasoning to the fish if I make this again.
