Barbacoa-Style Shredded Beef

Amazing and easy! I don't have a slow cooker so covered it with foil in a glass baking dish, oven at 250 for 6 hours. Took it out to shred, recover and cook for 1 more hour. Can't handle too much spice so I scraped out the seeds and it has a nice kick without making my mouth sad.
