Pretty good and quick taco filling. I made in a regular skillet. There was no need to cook the ground turkey for 20 to 30 minutes! It was done in 15 minutes. I added some chopped cilantro and a few drops of lime juice at the end. Read More

We really liked these! I used less ground turkey and a whole packet of taco seasoning. I also ended up having to add a bit of water b/c it seemed dry to me. I didn't have any green peppers on hand so I had to omit those. Served these with all the usual taco toppings.
