Paleo Apple Pie Smoothie


This cinnamon and vanilla-scented smoothie will make you feel like you are biting into an apple-pie-flavored donut and is paleo friendly!

  • 1 apple, roughly chopped

  • ¼ cup frozen pineapple chunks

  • 1 tablespoon cashew butter

  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened flaked coconut

  • 1 teaspoon flax seed meal

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon, or as desired

  • 1 cup almond milk


  1. Layer apple, pineapple, cashew butter, coconut, flax meal, vanilla extract, and cinnamon into a blender; add almond milk. Blend mixture until smooth.
